Boundary Marking & Subdivisions
Marking of a property boundary (also known as a Boundary Survey or Boundary Marking) involves first determining the location of the property boundaries, then physically marking the corners of your land. The location of any easements, covenants, restrictions etc. can also be determined at this time.
To avoid future disputes, you should have your boundary marked prior to erecting a fence or embarking on any construction near the boundaries of your property.
Our team of Registered Surveyors are skilled in all forms of Boundary Surveys, Boundary Marking and relevant cadastral legislation in Sydney and NSW. Our team is regularly engaged as expert witnesses in legal disputes over boundary locations as well.
